22 System 3D Welding Table 

The 3D welding table is arranged with diagonal grid holes, and an additional hole is added in the middle of the 100x100mm grid hole, increasing the positioning area by 50%. There are four types:

Basic: Made of high-quality alloy steel Q355.

Dimension type: Equipped with precise millimeter scale lines on four sides, making workpiece positioning more convenient.

Hardened type: With special surface hardening treatment, the metallographic hardness reaches HV500. It is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and does not stick to spatter, increasing the service life by 5 times.

Hardened and Dimension type: Perfectly meets the usage requirements.

Super-hardened type: Made of alloy tool steel, with a metallographic hardness of HV700 and a comprehensive hardness of HRC60. Suitable for extremely high usage requirements.

Stainless Steel: For special industry requirements, such as food and medical industries; high-speed rail carriages; ship stainless steel and titanium alloy pipe fittings.
