Modular flexible welding fixtures offer unique advantages in automotive manufacturing, especially in research and development (R&D) and modification processes. They feature high versatility and help save significant costs associated with the design and manufacturing of dedicated fixtures.

A single set of fixtures can be used not only for individual vehicle body welding but also for the assembly of vehicle bodies and side frames.

Since the manufacturing precision of our worktables and positioning modules is three grades higher than that of ordinary welding fixtures, our worktables can be used as inspection platforms for vehicle bodies and car frames, equivalent to a Grade 3 inspection datum.
